Aries looked up as Alara flew away and Finn, after a heartbeat's hesitation, flew right after her, without giving her a second glance. Left alone with Zil, she could finally let go of what she had been holding back with Alara and Finn present. She barely rose to her feet, trembling from head to toe. She didn't look at Zil'caron.

Making a faint mewing sound, which was mostly a choked back sob, she sprang into the air, rising as quickly as she could on a current of warm air and flying off in the opposite direction Finn and Alara had taken, towards the deserts. She couldn't see where she was going, so she rose higher to avoid hitting a tree or another dragon. If anyone called to her, she didn't hear. Tears streamed form her eyes, making her vision blurry and open to the wind's searing fingers.

She had no idea how long she was flying, but it felt as if her wings had turned to stone. She couldn't make sense of her thoughts, that were going in circles. He didn't want to leave me.. he hates me.. So does Alara.. I've ruined everything.. Between all of us.. The way they were looking at me! They hate me.. she moaned to herself, her chest heaving and steadily, yet gently, losing altitude. So rarely did she lose control that, when she did, it was the worst for herself and those around her, who had to watch a normally calm dragoness go to pieces, or turn crimson with rage.

How can I face Zil..?

Zil'caron watched as Alara and Finn started heading back to the dens, when without warning Aries took off in tears in the opposite direction. Zil'caron took off after her. Aries! Aries Wait up! he yelled as he flew after her. This is bad, she probably hates me now. I have to at least try though. I can't lose her... it would destroy me... he thought to himself trying to push as he flew as fast as he could trying to keep up with her. Aries stop, please! he yelled again.

He could feel her tears flying off of her and hitting him from the wind in flight. He knew that she was deeply upset, and he wanted to help her. Then again, would I really be helping or just hurting her more? he thought to afraid of the answer. He then noticed that she was started to slow down a bit and that he was picking up ground. He angled himself to where he could pull right up beside her, Aries, stop please? I know you're hurt, and we can talk about it. Please I don't like seeing you like this... even if you hate me now... he added tears started to form in his own eyes. He didn't want to lose her. He loved her, and he always would. Please? he said in a tone that was barely audible.

She had been barely conscious of Zil'caron flying up towards her, she was too upset to notice. Her head was pounding like someone was banging on it, her wings were failing her, but she wasn't planning on stopping. When Zil's pleas reached her, she only turned slightly to look at him, ha\\barely making out his dark shape through her tear-filled eyes. She was surprised to see him with her, but in her state, she dismissed it quickly enough.

Don't, Zil.. she sobbed, jerking her head away to not look at him. Red spots had risen in her cheeks, as if she was drunk. Her chest contricting again in pain, she veered away, losing more altitude. The desert was coming into sight, and thoughts of burying herself in the hot sand entered her mind. Oh, the sweetness.

She hadn't even registered how he thought she loathed him. All she wanted to do was just vanish from the world.

Zil'caron stopped in Mid-flight at Aries's reaction to him when he asked her to talk to him. His heart sank immediately to the point where he had to turn his head away from her. He was about to lose everything that he had. If he lost her, he would have no reason to remain in these lands and would once again be in search of a new home. That was something that he did not want. He had to try to reason with her, and he found that talking wasn't going to work.

He started following her again and noticed that she had lost even more altitude. He knew what he had to do to protect her. Please forgive me for what I'm about to do... he thought as he dove towards her in attempting to latch onto her and bring her as gently as possible to the ground. He knew that she needed to let everything out, but he also know that she needed someone with her to show that they still cared for her even if she no longer returned the same feelings.

Aries! he yelled as he closed in on her and pulled around in front of her to block her from ever angle. If she moved left, he moved with her, right he moved right. I'm not leaving you alone out here. If you want to be alone, then you'll have to remove me from the picture, and I have no intentions of leaving. You'll have to kill me to do it, and for some reason I don't see you as having the heart to do such a thing. he started on her hoping that this would get her to stop and listen and he didn't want to have to get violent to keep her from hurting herself, but he would if it meant so.

With Zil'caron swooping in front of her and stopping her from moving, she let out an anguished roar. She swerved left, but he cut her off. She swerved right, and again he cut her off. Below, above, behind; she was blocked on all sides. It only raised her anguish to a new level, where she felt as if she had a fever.

Sobbing, she gave up and let him lead her towards the ground, not having the energy to do anything more to get past him. SHe didn't want to hurt him to get by, even if he hated her now. She still loved him, oh, she did!

Angling towards the ground as he allowed her to do, she landed a little roughly and just collapsed where she lay, hiding her face under her wing. She couldn't bare him to see her like that, it made her feel pathetic and pitiful. He must think me such a fool.. He has to be here to gloat..

He knew that he was making her more agitated with him by blocking her path, but at this point it would hurt him more if he just let her go. He led her down to the ground so at the very least she could relax her wings. He knew that she had to be getting tired, and that she was hurting all over from this. He wanted to hold her, but if she hated him, it would only provoke a fight. He didn't want that at all.

When they landed, he watched sadly as Aries put her head behind her wing. She doesn't even want to listen to me... he thought to himself letting his emotions out, tears flowing down his face. He decided that he wasn't going to get anywhere unless he risked something and he felt he had to at least apologize to her. He padded over to her thought the sand where she was laying and licked the membrane of the wing that she was hiding her head under. I know I'm the last dragon that you wanted to see, and I understand why... he told her in a voice filled with sorrow. I don't know what came over me back there, but I shouldn't have put you on the spot like I did, I... I understand if you hate me because of it. If you wish me to go away... then I will with a broken heart, and I'll stay away and let you return to your old life if that is what you wish even if it's not what I would like. At this point he regretted everything. He looked at her and how hurt she was. This is all my fault. I'm no better than he was at not hurting her... he said to himself hoping for some sort of response.

Hidden behind the flimsy white membrane, Aries let her tears roll down her face freely, sobbing her heart out. At Zil'caron's words, however, she froze and sniffled, wiping her eyes on her wing and hesitantly withdrew so that the hot sun glistened on her face, but still no looking at him.

I don't hate you, Zil'caron.. she said softly, in a flat, desperate voice. It's me I hate, for hurting you all so.. And now Finn hates me, as does Alara. I don't want you to go away.. How could I..? I love you, whatever you feel towards me now.. But I can't go back.. I need some time to calm down, too get back to normal. I know it'll upset Silvera, and you, but I can't go back just yet. I don't know when I will be able to.. The merciless heat of the desert is punishment enough, I think.. she ended softly, now turning to look straight at him, her face calm, but with despair and self-loathing etched clearly there.

I couldn't ask you to stay with me.. That would be a comfort I wouldn't deserve. Thank you for staying with me, for caring enough, but it's more than I deserve. She paused, closing her eyes as she swayed, the sun only making her headache blistering even more. She felt so hot, as if the sun had already burned her to a crisp, but at the same time, she was shivering uncontrollably. Bye for now, Zil.. she said and fainted, landing on one wing with her neck stretched out on the gritty sand.

She was running through a forest again. This one was differnt from the last though. The forest wasn't so thick with trees and she was able to run a little more freely. She could hear the screams of a female ahead of her. It made her run faster because a male and female were missing from her clan. Both were her children. She crashed into a clearing and saw the male over the female, trying to rape her. She also saw the same black dragon that had raped her stadning close, instructing the male. She saw the panic in the females eyes and rushed forwards, only to be stopped by malefor and the crystals again. She was yetagain flipped over and she could see both of them walk over to her. The adult male nodded to her son and her son started to mount her and the other male walked over to her daughter. Don't touch her! Leave her out of this! She's not old enough for this! She saw everything while going through the same thing her daughter was. She she was finally let go she ran over to her daughter and saw her lying there dead. They were too rough on her...Why does this always happen to me? She felt something tugging at her leg and her other son was behind her using darkness to draw her closer to him. She saw the lust in his eyes, not the lust for pleasure but for death. She walked up to her and sent a long cut down her leg.

She screamed in pain as she woke up, the cut on her leg bleeding then immediatly turning into a scar. She licked it a couple of times and got up, only to fall to the round as she put pressure on her leg. The pain soon subsided and she saw it was late in the day. Why do they always let me sleep? Oh yeah...its because this was the first time they will know I had a nightmare....Wait, where is everyone? Probably out of the dens and training or just watching the young ones. It is a nice day out... When she was able to stand she walked out and decided to go for a fly. She flew for a while when she saw two dragons in the desert. Both of them landing although it looked forced. Oh no.... She flew even faster and saw that it was Zil'caron and Aries. Aried looked to be out cold and Zil looked like he was in a lot of pain. She shot to the ground only to land on her leg, toppling over and getting sand all over her scales. She got up and shook herself free from the sand, blushing slightly at how she had landed. What happened here?

She looked down at Aries and saw her face tear stained. She then looked at Zil and saw tears in his eyes. Should I leave you two? Is something private happening? She looked him in the eyes and saw all the hurt there. For whatever's happening I'm sorry... She looked back towards her home and wondered what was happening to her. She looked at the scar on her leg and wondered if she could cut it back open. She then remembered the scar on her neck and lowered her head a little.

Zil'caron listened to Aries as she spoke, looking into her soft eyes. The words that she spoke to him were words that were both hurtful and soothing at the same time. She was taking the blame onto herself for everything that happened. He knew he needed to do something for her. The fact that she was out here the way she was after what they had been through yesterday. All the pleasure that they had been through yesterday, he knew that she was in heat yesterday during their mating session and that he had released every bit of his seed inside of her, so he knew that there was a high chance that she was now carrying eggs, and in her condition, there was a high chance that something could go wrong. Aries, just calm down. Everything will be alright I promise. Everyone will understand. he told her being able to do nothing as the condition of her exhaustion and the head caused her to pass out. ARIES!! he yelled.

Just then off in the distance, he noticed another dragon approaching. It was an emerald dragoness flying in from the direction of Kukiron. He knew who it was, and she looked to be very heavy set. As much mush as I appreciate the help, she shouldn't be out here. he thought as he watched her start descending to them. When she asked what was going on, and if it was something private, Zil shook his head. No, in fact, I need your help. Aries passed out from exhaustion, and the heat in the desert. I'm not positive, but see, we mated yesterday for most of the day, and well, she was in head, and I released in her so there is a high change that she is pregnant right now, I'm scared for not only her, but any eggs she's carrying now. I'm torn though, because you shouldn't be out here either, not with you possibly laying at any time now. he told her. She didn't have to hide anything, it was obvious she was close. Her sides were bulging out a good bit, and he could smell her as well.

She was in a warm, cozy place. her head was floating, and she felt so snug she didn't want to leave. She didn't know where she was, or why, but that didn't matter. She was floating in a white numbus with little sparks crackling around her, bright little fireworks that seemed oh so pretty!

Hello? she asked, but got no answer.
Silly of me.She didn't know who she was expecting to answer her, anyway. it was obvious she was alone in this wondrous place, with the flashes of light and color. She couldn't feel any discomfort, just a vague bliss. In fact, she couldn't remember ever having felt so good. She floated around for a while, just lazily twitching her tail to change direction. She had no cares weighing her down. No time seemed to pass. At some point. though, the blinding white seemed to turn gray. She looked around, now expecting some kind of change, and then heard it. A soft muttering. What? she wondered, cocking her head curiously. What is it? With a little more concentration, she realized they were words, though their meaning escaped her. They sounded oddly familiar, but she couldn't place them. She couldn't recognize the voice, either, though it was so familiar. Zil..? she asked suddenly, and her eyes widened.

Zil! I'm here! she yelled and twisted around, looking for him, but there was no end to the whiteness. Back on the desert sands, Aries was twitching and twisting, her expression screwed up slightly, her tongue lolling as she gasped desperately for water.

Well then, I'm here to help you. She looked down at her stomach, seeing how much it did bulge out. Well, if it happened yesterday then you don't have that much to worry about because the eggs really havn't started to develope yet. As for me, you don't have to worry, it will still be a couple of days more before I lay. I've been able to fly everywhere, this isn't any different. Just yesterday I traveled to the falls after my mate. She looked down at Aries and saw her writhering around.

What type of magic do you know? She needs water and fast. She stared at his black scales and the gold started to dissolve. His eyes started to turn a crimson in color. Before her she saw Malefor, over a defensless female. She growled at him and bared her teeth, stepping over the female that she no longer recognised. She snapped and then everything disapeared. Zil's image returned to normal and she was able to see that Areis was under her.

She backed off, tripping over her own legs. The tear on her leg opening again. She looked at it and cleaned the sand out of it. Using her magic she healed it and looked away from Zil, ready to take off. I'm sorry, the closer I'm getting to laying the more I seem to be haunted by the black dragon that raped me... She looked back at Aries. If you don't know water magic then we need to get her out of the desert heat and near water, fast. If you don't want anything to happen then we can't let her dehydrate. She stood back up and lifted her back leg, not wanting to do anything else to it.

Zil'caron listened to Cobra as she told him that if they had just been together yesterday, that everything would be fine, that they haven't had a chance to start to fully develop yet. He was relieved a bit, but not too much. He was still concerned for Aries. She also told him to not worry about her either, that she would be fine. It was a bit difficult to do though right now because of everything else. He noticed something though. She started to ask him some thing about magic, and then her attitude changed. She curled her upper lip and started to come after him. He started to back away, unsure of what he had done wrong, but later found out it was naught.

She explained to him that since she as getting closer and closer to laying, she was having not so pleasant dragons with the dragon that raped her in them. He didn't realize it immediately but once she said something, he remembered that him and the dragon that was raping other were very similar in color. That is not good at all. he thought. He knew that the gold around his scales was a dead giveaway on his identity, but from a distance, no one would see the gold except for on his breastplates. After she apologized though, she mentioned that if he didn't know water magic, that they needed to get Aries out of the desert or near water quickly before she started to dehydrate, then her eggs if she were to be carrying them would be in trouble.

This scared him, and not just a little bit either for the simple fact that he had absolutely no knowledge in water magic. How though? he asked Cobra. I haven't the slightest knowledge of water magic at all, and I can't use my earth magic out here to make a platform for her, as there is nothing alive in the ground out here for me to manipulate. I cannot control just the sands... he told her starting to become more worried with the situation apparently turning from bad to worse.

"Zil!" Aries yelled and threw herself at the whiteness where the voices were coming from, but she seemed to headbutt the white- not exactly a wall -and bounced back, unhurt, but blocked. Desperate, she yelled and calle, clawing at her invisible, non-existent restraints. She was losing strength rapidly, until finally, she collapsed onto the white, sobbing hard.

It was only then that she focused on the voices, discerning what they said.

Good riddance to bad rubbish! she heard Zil'caron's voice, and her heart froze, her tear-stained eyes wide open.

You said it! Finn echoed. Lets go home.

I never liked Aries, she always stole things I wanted from me. Alara quipped in nastily. The bitch.. Now she's dead, who's the better female? Eh, Zil? she asked so demurely Aries could basically imagine the nuzzle that followed.

I cannot imagine how my eyes were so blinded, Alara. ZZilcaron confessed, and there was a mushy silence. I cannot take you from Finn's side now, though.. I made my mistake

What about a threesome? she heard Finn suggest, and she wanted to slap him.

You guys deserve it. Her hister, her sister!

Aries couldn't take it anymore. She let out a scream that would have chilled anyone to the bone, and maybe more, then turned and fled, flying through the whiteness. They hate me! They all hate me! she screamed to herself, flying all the faster. All those I loved, they hate me.. Gradually, the white turned to a light gray, the light gray to darker shades, then black.

She didn't enter the black zone, though, but teetered on the edge. it had a sinister feel to it. Come forwards, my child.. Come and let your pain flow away.. said a dangerous, but silky voice, and hesitantly, but anguishingly, she stepped forth into the black.

Back on the sands, Aries lay still suddenly, her eyes half open, but blind. Her breathing was labored, but slow, irregular, her heartbeat fluctuating wildly. It either skipped a few beats, then ran to make up for it, all the while slowing down. She'd stopped struggling, gradually giving in to the black abyss, her mind and heart too anguished to take any more.

It was like unconscious suicide.

When she came back to, she also noticed that Zil had backed off a little. Her cheecks turned a bright red. She knew it was bad when someone had backed off.How are we going to do this? Neither of us know water, and I don't think I could hold out with using my wind to pick her up after too long.Cobra looked down quickly as she heard Aries breath slow. She saw from Aries stomach what she heard. Her stomach moved with her breath, at times slow, nto at all, then really fast to catch up. She bent down, wanting to know for sure what was going on. She could tell what was happening from another dragon that went through the same thing. Although, then she hadn't mastered healing so could only watch it slowley die, not knowing what to do. She bent her head down toAries ear, still not entirely sure what to do, Aries going into something slightly different. Aries, whatever you do, don't go anywhere dark! We are still out here, caring for you, you can't die on us. We will get you water soon, just hold on, don't panic with whatever is going on, it's not true! She whispered, not wanting to blow her eardrum. She knew they disn't have much more time.

I know wind magic and can carry her for a little bit using the currents, but it wont last long. After that, we will have to carry her by back or something, since she probably wont wake up for us. The lake isn't too far from us, but I know I wont hold out that long using my magic. I still have to leave myslef energy for everything else. She got ready for what was to become. She concentrated on the wind, picking up a few currents and moving them under Aries, slowly collecting enough to lift her off the ground. She was only lifted a few inches but Cobra had to save her strength. She was low enough for the wind to pick up the sand, giving Aries a sort of sand cloud. Are you ready for our long travel? I know I am, and don't worry about me, this isn't going to do anything to me or the eggs. She strted to walk away, into the heat fo the desert that was sending heat waves across the sand. Aries still body followed close behind, the sand cloud hiding her from the heat and the sun. The cut on her leg getting a little lighter. The pain going away, leg being used more.

Zil'caron struggled to grasp the situation, and how to account for it. He came up empty on everything he thought of. The sand was just not his element, and he could never survive out here in the desert. His magic wouldn't ever let him. Fire would do absolutely no good out here, and lightning wasn't much better not to mention that he was still shaky with it. He didn't want to try something and end up making things worse. The last thing he wanted to do was attempt something that could harm either Aries, Cobra, or the eggs that they were both carrying.

When Cobra suggested using her wind magic to try to carry Aries at least to the lake that was near the area. He couldn't think of anything better at the moment, but he also remembered her eggs. It would be bad for her to do something that could rupture one of her eggs, but she was intent on doing this so, he went along with it. It wasn't too long though when Silvera landed next to them and offered assistance with ice after getting an explanation of what was going on.

Silvera had heard from one of her scouts that Aries and Zil'caron had both flown rapidly out of the clan, and that Aries appeared to be upset about something. She didn't know what to think of the matter. she had heard that her ex-lover was in the clan and that maybe that had something to do with it but couldn't be sure. She took off in the direction that they had told her that they had flown, and sped as fast as sh could over the skies using the air currents to assist where they could.

When she reached where she could see them, there was no gentle descent, but a full on dive into the sand skidding through it stopping right next to them ARIES!!! She yelled. She turned to Zil'caron, What happened? she asked him as she listened to him explain that they had seen Fin and Alara, and Alara had tricked Finn into a meeting that they didn't want. Everything was okay afterwards, but Aries, and he had a feeling Alara as well, blaming herself for everything and felt like everyone hated her. He also added the fact that he got on to both of them and now felt like they both hated him.

Silvera nuzzled him, Zil, look at me... she told him putting a dull talon under his chin, Things like this tend to happen and are most often unavoidable in relationships. You did nothing wrong in my eyes, and I probably would have done the same had I been there. You and Aries are a strong couple, Right now though, we need to get Aries out of the desert before she dehydrates completely. She then turned to Cobra, I can make things a bit easier in this, she told her starting a river of ice along the surface of the desert in the direction of the lake. Silvera had spent nine years of her childhood here and still knew most of her way around. Use your wing magic to push her along the ice and we'll glide over top, once we get her to the lake, she'll be fine. She said, or at least she hoped.

Everything was getting gradually darker. Aries felt the despair slowly leaving her, her pain and misery flowing away like her life was, though she didn't know it. Gray gave way to black, black to even darker black. Meanwhile, the voice in front was calling to her, guiding her ever deeper into the endless abyss that is death, giggling occassionally, noucraging her.

"You're doing well! Nearly there, and all your pain will flow away. You'll be happy and all those who betrayed you will be happy, too."

"Yes.. No pain.. You promise..?" Aries asked childishly, afraid, though she kept walking.

"Promise." the voice replied. She didn't realize it was identical to her own.

Aries was about to take another hesitant step when she froze. There was a change in color around her, as if black had given way to a murky grey. Soft, whispered words flitted down, flying around her, just escaping her comprehension. They made her feel warmth, though, and she blushed slightly. The murky grey around her changed slightly for the lighter.

"Why are you stopping? Come on, now." the voice said, slightly colder now.

"I'm sorry." Aries said apologetically and went to move towards it, but didn't like it anymore. She prefered the warmth of the tiny little floating words around her, like little soothing fireflies on a dark, stormy night. "I'll.. stay here for a bit." she said unwillingly, looking at the fireflies like an enraptured child.

Cobra watched as Silvera landed near them, relief flooding her, feeling a small pain in her stomach from holding Aries with the wind. She could tell Aries was doing a bit better, after Cobra had talked to her. She nodded as Zil told Sil what had happened, hearing the whole story for the first time. She let Aries down on the ice, regaining the energy that she had lost already. She moved next to Aries, lowering her head to Aries' ear. Aries, it’s going to okay. We will get you to water and you will be nice and refreshed. You are just taking a nice rest, that’s all. She looked back up at Sil and nodded. The pain in her stomach had gone away, so she dismissed it to be a pain from being pregnant. Most of her energy was also back, and adrenalin had started pumping through her veins, knowing that she didn't have much time before Aries became dehydrated. She channeled her wind magic towards Aries again, and started slowly walking, making sure not to slip. The pain slowly came back to her stomach, but again she ignored it. She got quite a ways with Sil and Zil following her.

That’s when the pain exploded, making her fall to the ground, dropping Aries. She laid there, her stomach on fire, blood coming out of her clit, soaking the ice around her. She let a moan escape her, pain filling her body she couldn’t feel anything else. She was conscious but barely. She couldn’t hear anything but her heart beat, feeling something slid down towards her clit. Egg fluid came out, along with a few small pieces of eggs, blood covered, broken with bits of her egg cavity attached to the sharpest edges. She was useless now, all energy taken from her body, hoping Sil was near by and ready to help ease the searing pain, the pain that made her wish she was dead, that she could end it all. The only thought keeping her from letting go was all the smiling faces she saw in her mind. Silvera, Aries, Kodak, Nira, Calyptic, her whole clan. The promise of harming the male that had raped her.

When Silvera got there and finally calmed Zil'caron down a bit she started helping everything with her ice magic trying to move Aries as quickly and safely as possible. Everything appeared to have been going as expected given the situation, that is until she sense she saw Cobra drop to the ground. She knew that Cobra was due to lay at any time, and if this was when she was starting, it would post a serious problem, and the likely hood of a dragon dying from this would sky-rocket. Silvera then saw something that made things clear in an instant. She saw a mixture of egg fluid and blood coming from Cobra's groin. Balagas Silvera swore aloud. Zil'caron keep pushing Aries along the ice while I tend to Cobra, She's used too much of her magic already and she just lost an egg! She told him leaving where she was and instantly going over to Cobra's side.

She sent a pulse of healing magic through her thigh. This would do to things for Cobra, First it would help relieve some of the pain so that she could at least talk through this, and second it would tell her where the rest of the broken eggshells were. It's going to be okay Cobra, just relax, I'm here, she told her as she worked on coating the eggshells with ice to they could slide out harmlessly. She knew that her mood was going to change because of this. She remembered the fact that she was raped and that she never wanted those eggs to begin with, but they were still hers now regardless, and she and just lost one of what would have been her young. you shouldn't use any more magic right now. You yourself are in no condition to be out here, and this is only further proof of that. Now we not only have wot worry about getting Aries to the lake, but you as well so you don't become dehydrated now. You could though at least, always eat some of my ice. That will at least get more water in you, she added at the end.

Zil'caron looked at Silvera when she told him that there was almost nothing he could have done to avoid the situation that had arisen in front of him, and that she would have done the same thing he had if she were there. She also told him that she could tell that the strength that they both felt for each other was immense, and that something like this couldn't and wouldn't break it. The only thing he could do was hope she was right. He didn't want to have to leave again to find yet another new home.

Just was they were starting to move Aries and get her a good distance closer to the lack, there was another catastrophe. The very even that Zil'caron had feared, or at least one of them had transpired. At first it looked like Cobra was going into labor, but with the amount of blood that was coming from her slit, he could see that was not the case. He also saw something else. It was a clear fluid mixed with a vast amount of yellow. One of her eggs broke... he thought to himself just as Silvera spoke them no sooner than he finished his thought.

Silvera told him to continue working with Aries while she attended to Cobra, she couldn't afford to leave either of them unattended at the moment. Fortunately, Zil'caron saw what he thought was the lake ahead, but he wasn't it sure if it was actually there or if it was one of those weird fake-image-things he had heard about from deserts. He started pushing Aries along the Ice a bit faster but ultimately had to stop her to waied for Silvera to finish with Cobra before they cou;d continue. Then needed more ice, and They couldn't leave the two of them behind out here in the desert. Cobra was now in just as much danger as Aries. Well almost as much. At least she is still conscious, he thought as he waited for them.

Cobra lay there, knowing she just endangered Aries even more, but, if she hadn't come out here in the first place, where would Aries be? Silvera, watch your mouth. She chuckled a bit before the pain shot down her thigh. She could feel a bit of the pain ease and was thankful, knowing she wouldn't be able to do that herself. The loss of the egg hit her harder than she had expected. She knew that it was one less child to remind her of the rape, but she has always wanted children, and this made it one less. She could feel a little less pain when she realized that the eggshells had been covered in ice. It felt a little better when the rest of the egg finally came out, her stomach feeling a little lighter. She sighed as Silvera told her that this was proof that she shouldn’t be out here. She nodded, letting Sil know she understood and agreed.

Well, if I wasn’t out here, who knows what would have happened to Aries. We wouldn’t be as close as we are now to the lake because I wouldn’t have been using my wind magic. Although, we can continue on, not using my magic, but walking Aries towards the lake. The lake isn’t that far now, it’s right up ahead. She stood up, dizzy, and shook her head. The pain was almost gone now and the bleeding had stopped, she would be fine, although she might go into labor any second now. She doubted it and knew it might be about a day more, knowing that if she did go into labor, a lot of dragons might suffer. Because she would probably die right now.

She took her claw and cut out some of the ice, bending down to grab it in her maw, leaving it in her mouth so it would melt and get rid of the dryness. The ice helped her a lot, so as she went up over to Zil and Aries. She bent her head down; making sure her horns didn’t pierce Aries, and got ready to gently push her once Sil made more ice for them. While she waited, she licked at the ice they were standing on, giving her more to drink.

Silvera nodded when Cobra told her to watch her mouth. The fact that she had even said it had startled her as she wasn't one for that kind of language herself. It had been said though and that was that. She had more important things to worry about at the moment other than that.

Silvera started up with the ice once again and helped everyone push Aries along the slab of slick, frozen water. It was almost an unbelievable site. Ice in the middle of a heated desert. Behind them the ice was taking a beating from the heat. Most of it was already melted from the combined temperature of the air and their bodies on top of it. At least we're almost there. she thought to herself as she could see and smell the lake. The smell of the lake was the only way she could confirm that it wasn't an illusion. She extended the ice all the way to the lake edge and out of bit. Okay when we get to the end, push Aries directly into the water. the sudden shock should snap her out of whatever she's in. she told them.

All he could do was keep pushing her, and then finally the ice path grew again meaning that they were back on getting to the lake. When they got to the lake after what felt like an hour of walking and pushing, Silvera extended the ice bar out into the lake and told him to push Aries directly into the lake. that it would snap her daze or whatever she was in and would wake up. He wanted to believe her, but what if they pushed her in and she didn't? He wasn't big enough to push her back up, and Cobra was in no state to try to lift her as well.

Zil'caron didn't have a choice though. Aries was Silvera's sister as much as she was his mate so he doubted that she would do anything that would severely in danger her without having an alternative plan. At least we got here, and she's still breathing. I'm starting to really worry about her though. She's gotten colder and paler. he told them as he did as instructed once he got to the edge and pushed her in to the lake waiting for Silvera to get into the lake first in case her plan didn't work.
