A small, slender silver scaled dragoness flew over the land, looking below in sheer amazement at the beauty of the landscape, at times even forgetting to flap her wings, drifting lower and lower until she noticed, giving several powerful thrusts to push her body skyward yet again. The small dragon took a deep breath, enjoying the fresh scent of the air, not nearly as thin and crisp as the air at her birthplace in the Ural's but she hadn't been there in so long she almost forgot how the place looked, and felt, but she would never forget the loneliness that was all she had for two years, or the pains of starvation that kept her and her mother company all those nights. And even as she thought of these feelings, a warmth filled her, knowing it was over, she had found her paradise right?

Sasha had always heard rumors of a paradise many dragons spoke of, and had spent nearly half a year searching for such a place. She had grown up in a land of nothing but snow and rock, so to her, a place such as this was nothing less than a miracle. As the small dragoness scanned the ground she smiled, yellow orbs focusing on the large ice blocks below her, knowing that would be a good resting spot, because it was more at home to her. The small dragoness slowly tilted a wing to the left, starting a slow spiral downward around the formation, having to adjust a few times to ensure she landed safely in the middle.

As she neared the ice she braced herself for the landing, touching down gracefully and spreading her wings, examining the large chunks of ice curiously, wondering how they remained solid in such heat. After investigating the odd chunks of ice she discovered the caves within, smiling happily "Ahh...just like back home."She said softly to herself, slowly moving into the darkened den, turning just past the door to lay down, wrapping her tail around her as she sighed in relief, muscles sore and exhausted from weeks of non-stop travel, and the 9 hour flight to get here. She small silver dragon slowly laid her head on her front paws, closing her eyes and wondering if anyone was near, and even if they were her scales matched the color of the surrounding ice nicely, as they had been designed to do from generations of living in a constant ice enviroment, so from the air she was nearly invisible except for her swishing tail tip and rising chest with each breath.

Hakuryu was nearby, testing out a new spell he learned [I just hope it works for Dragonous] he said as he shouted the spell in his mind [Ice protection] A small sheild of ice began to form then shatter [Darn, gotta concentrait harder.] He closed his eyes and said the spell again [Ice Protection.] Just like before a small sheild began to form then started to grow [Come on, just a little more.] he said as the sheild began to break up and form parts of armor [Almost there and] the armor began to set itself down and Hakuryu opened his eye, chirping with delight [I did it, I did it, now I can protect Dragonous from the harshness of these caves.]

Finishing celebrating, Hakuryu's ears perked up a little [Someone's here, wonder who it is.] he said as he began to walk around. The small white wyvern came around the corner and found a figure [A new dragon? Best be cautious, don't know if they're friendly] he walked up to the new dragon and lightly nudged her with his snout, waiting for a response.

Schyzvroen growled, shaking his head, he looked downward, the ice sparkling. His black scales, covered with thin red scars, so much like broken glass, spreading across his scales and flesh. The wine red membranes of his wings catching the light. He growled, his black spikes seemeing to have a glow as he looked down below. wings thudnering at his sides, he should be home at the Furick clan, with Tarin and the Clan, but for some odd reason he was out here. He growled and spiraled above, wings pounding at his sides.

The voices hissed in his head and he ignored them. He growled as they grew louder, annoying things. They screamed and their words became so vivid that he felt the blood dripping from his jaws, scoring down his throat, filling his lower jaw and spilling over his chest scales. But it wasn't there. It was all in his head. He was just confused and disoreinted- and now hopelessly lost. He could find his way home though, he always did. Tail lashing in frustation, his wings snapped shut to his sides, his body weight tipping forward, he dived downward.

The ground came closer and closer at each drop and then he opened his wings, the air temperature lowering as he dropped altitude. He landed on his back legs, followed by front, running slightly to a stop so as to not lose balance and tip forward head first into the ice. Growling he shook his head and gripped his claws into the ice. His tail, covered in sharp spikes, struck the ice with blunt force, brining up chuncks of the ice, like shards of glass.

Lifting his head, he felt the cold bite at him, smiling slightly, he didn't mind. It reminded of him death... The cold fingers that stole away the heart and soul. Made your very breath leave you...

Sasha was laying under the ice, half asleep by the time the black dragon had landed. As she heard the swoosh of the wings and the sound of him landing above her. She nearly jumped as she heard him land, looking up just in time to watch his tail smash through part of the ice, leaving cracks that ran all the way down to the cave she was in. Instantly she recalled that if she could see him through the ice, he could see her...or could he? would her colors allow her to be seen through the ice? She slowly moved her way out of the light a little, watching him carefully, trying not to move to much, or show her fear of the leviathan above her.

Sasha knew she had to do something or risk being seen, but if she did something it might just increase the risk of being spotted. Her mind was in an argument with itself as she watched him, trying to determine if he was anything she had to fear at all. The small female finally decided she had to trust the spirits for her safety and slowly closed her eyes, trying to stay completely still forgetting about the soft puff of steam that rose from her muzzle each time she exhaled into the cold tunnel, or perhaps that was just the spirits acting for her.

As she laid there she couldn't help but open her eyes to peak out at him, nervous of whether she had been seen or not, or ultimately whether or not she was safe here or with him.

(Hey Dragonous can I keep this one just between Sangyne and me until I get back in the groove I don't really want 3 people in a thread but if you make one somewhere and link it to me in PM i'll reply to it ASAP)

A low growl rose in his throat as the voices seemed to intensify. Screaming at him, for blood or some other kind of decimating rival, but he refused each word, each hateful word, each urge. At least until it cracked through and broke him down to the point of no return.. A thought came to his mind, I'm going insane... And Loving every Second Of it. He shook his head, trying to get the thought out of his mind. He didn't need to feed the voices more of what they could use to bite him in half and tear him to pieces. The joy that came.

Schyzvroen blinked his dark red eyes, swirling with a manifested darkness. They held darkness and sorrow, as if he'd lost something close. Which he had, but now had Tarianna. Tarianna who was meant for him. Though he still missed Sangyne, he knew she was dead, and it was not his fault, it was Acloytin's. Which, by ironic Chance, was who he was counting on coming. Yes, he wanted Acloytin to come. He wanted to kill him, to let the Blue dragon's blood poison the ground for his wrongful doing. For his slaughter of Sangyne, and before he could Slaughter any other dragons.

He growled to himself, Worthless... Jerking his head up, he placed a clawed paw on the ground, his tail lashed, he looked down at the edge of the cliff, realizing he was on a cave and not a cliff. He cocked his head to the left, eye lids sliding over the glossy lambent sanguinary eyes. Baring his teeth, he arched his neck, looking to see if any little creatures were running around. Being so transfixed on looking for something to eat, he did not notice the Dragoness whom was blended into the cave, nor the visible breath.

His eyes locked onto something scurrying down below. Cracking open his wings slowly, he kept silent. Silent was what he needed. He dived, wind rushing through his half open wings, past the mouth of the cave and toward the ground. The creature below, a white rabbit, fled in fear. Schyzvroen snarled slightly, he'd been seen, now to finish it off. He swept his wings to his sides, jaws cracking open, blood stained teeth catching the light, there was a squeal of pain, and then silence. Schyzvroen pulling up from a dive, the fur around his paws waving in the breeze and cold wind. He swallowed the carcass, blood staining the ground. His tail hammering behind him, a great weapon, like a rudder to a boat it kept him stable. All He could do... Was wait for Acloytin.

Sasha continued to watch him, transfixed on the creature above her. As he stood there she noticed something odd about it, as if the spirits themselves were in his mind, ordering him around...but the way he acted showed he defied them, and he liked that. As she watched him more intently now, wanting to know who he was an what was going on. She watched him carefully, her eyes widening as he started to look down, muttering to herself "I've been found..."She said, softly. But the more she watched him the more she questioned that, staying absolutely still, now holding her breath for one minute that seemed like an eternity.

Then he jumped down after the rabbit, Sasha jumping up, thinking for sure he was coming after her. As she jumped from her laying position she forgot the ice, of which she had been sleeping, hitting her head on the ceiling, the large black horns on her head hitting the already large cracks he had formed in the ice, a large chunk of the ceiling falling ontop of her, covering her in a powdered snow and large chunks of ice. The accidental collapse did more than just make the cave bigger but made a loud cracking sound, knowing she had given her position away she stood up, shaking her wings as much as she could in the cave to clear them of the debris.

The small druid took a nervous gulp, just standing in the entrance, watching him shoot back up past her, only feet apart, wondering what he wanted, and what he would do to her, another thought crossing her mind. What if he didn't want to kill her simply because she was a female and it was mating season, this thought scaring her almost more than the thought of dying.

Schyzvroen's wings pivoted, twisting in the sockets as he jerked around, looking back at the cave he had been standing on, seeing it crash inward. He narrowed his eyes. The fleshy upper lip of his jaws rising over the blood stained teeth and gums. His tail lashed and he arched his neck and spine, the dark black, red veined scales glittering in the sunlight. He expanded his jaws to their full length and gave out a scream, a warning. It sounded much like that of a Velociraptor.. Only.. Louder. He locked his wings to his sides, diving downward from the sky, falling, plummeting downward. His wings snapped open as he pulled up from the dive, his claws skimming the ice as his tail slammed down on the ground with blunt force. He shoved his wings to his side, fighting gravity and gaining altitude. He back-winged as the cliff face came near, grabbed hold of the cliff, digging his claws into the icy structure and closed his wings to his sides. He arched his head, looking up to the ledge.

Something had been there. He'd seen it. But he hadn't been able to tell what it was. He was positive of Dragon. Knowing it was Jorthian. Those were darker colored. He climbed a little ways up. Snarling with the effort to hold himself parallel to the cliff. Baring his teeth against the channel, he stayed put. Rolling his shoulder, he dug his hind claws into the ice, seeing as the Dragon did not come away from the cliff edge. He shoved off, twisting one-hundred-and-eighty degrees so he was parallel with the ground this time. Dipping forward, his wings shot open, the light spraying over the black and shining through to the wine red underside. He gained altitude, twisting till he could see the Dragon on the ledge.

He tilted his head to the side, The dragon was Female. Confused he asked, What are you doing out here? Wondering if she would hear him, his tone was not hostile, but plain curiosity. He jerked his head up as he scented something in the air. But calmed immediately, he had to keep from alarming the female.

The small dragoness let out a soft yelp as the ceiling came down on her, using her wings to protect herself as she was buried under several feet of ice and snow. The small dragoness slowly pushed herself up, the mount shifting until the silver scaled female burst from it, cursing her clumsiness as she looked up to see the large male staring her down. She almost instantly froze in her place, shaking her head to remind herself she was okay. He didn't seem overly hostile, but he looked it.

She stuttered softly "I..I'm sorry if I'm trespassing I'll leave I was just looking for a place to rest."She said nervously taking several steps back, not really sure what he wanted from her but not really wanting to find out. As she backed up she felt the wall behind her, coming to the realization he was blocking her only way out. She gave a soft whimper and cursed her luck under her breath, looking up at him "What is it you want?"She asked, not noticing him looking to the sky, she was more focused on getting out of this cave alive. "I'm just new around here..so If you could please let me go I promise I'll never bother you again.."She said softly, she would rather beg then fight, due to her religion.

Schyvroen noticed her fear, he could smell it. He relaxed, dropping all hostility, she was afraid. No, you're fine. I'm waiting for someone... He didn't want to get into detail, You're fine where you are... As long as you stay out of the way. The last was a little more threatening. He could tell she was not one to fight. He swept his wings to his sides, drifting downward to where she was, landing a little ways away he laid down, head on paws and blinked his eyes, I am Schyzvroen, Alpha of the Furick clan and mate to Tarianna. You can call me Schyz though. Everyone seems to.

He had dropped hostility, but his guard stayed up. Acloytin wasn't getting away this time. Alex had failed in slaughtering him.. Schyzvroen wouldn't.

The small dragoness didn't even try to hide her fear, knowing it was futile. As he spoke she smiled softly, seeming rather relieved "Thank you...who are you waiting for?"She asked curiously, laying back down slowly nodding rapidly to his order "I won't get in your way I promise..."She said, trying to keep herself out of whatever was going to happen, even if she didn't believe in fighting she wasn't going to get in front of him who was almost double her size.

Sasha slowly pulled her wings into her sides and laid down, smiling softly at him "My name is Sasha of the blue dragon flight of the Urals."She said, unsure if he had heard of that mountain range in Russia. As she spoke he could hear the fairly strong Russian accent in her voice "It is nice to meet you Schyz."she said shyly, "And what is this clan?"She asked, having never heard of a clan of dragons before, where she came from dragons lived days flights apart and never really socialized other than for mating.

Schyzvroen became intersted, Sasha seemed to be a very interesting dragoness. Her abrupt notice by him, her somewhat fear, but he could understand that. He too would be afraid of something double his size. He shivered at the thought of the Dragons that lived in the outer worlds. Worlds he had only heard of in snippets of stories from the winds and voices. Dragons he did not have to ever fear of meeting. He tilted his head to the sides, avoiding the question of whom he was waiting for, for now at least.

The clans? There are three of them. His voice was more calm now, more of his friendly self. Much how he was around Tarianna, The Juthivar, Kukiron, and the Furick clan. Each clan has an alpha, their mate the Alphess. The clans are inpeace, ready to stand together and fight against the Jorthian, rogue type dragons that only feed for blood and death. Or, So I have heard myself. I don't know much about the Jorthian... Yet.

He opened his wings slightly, and finally answered the first question, I am waiting for someone who tore me down the first time. Something I wont allow to happen again. He hid all sense of letting the name slip from his throat and roll from his tongue. He despised it too much. Acloytin had torn him down faster then one could utter a scream.
Never again.

The small dragoness now seemed interested in him, her fear being pushed aside seeing that he wasn't going to hurt her, but in her defense he was a massive, fearsome looking dragon that anyone in their right mind would have feared.

She looked up to him and smiled "So..these clans seem to be just groups of dragons...yours wouldn't happen to need a healer would it?"She asked softly, her soft russian accent showing itself in her voice as she sat there watching him, seeming interested in these clans..something she knew nothing of.

As he answered the question she shook her head softly "What a shame...revenge....You know what they say, and eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.."She said softly, thinking he was only out for revenge, since that was the only true motive he had given her for his actions, and revenge was an act she could not support because of her religion and beliefs.

Schyzvroen had never heard Sasha's accent before. He had never heard of it before, as she said the eye for an eye.. He answered, You sound alot like Azervayne. Shaking his head and dismissing the name of the Violent undead dragon of Vryllnithia, he answered, We do have a healer, Skylla. {OOC: I'm pretty sure thats the name, she belongs to nightflye} Lifting his head, Many of times a clan of dragons have something in common with each other.

Letting his wings fall slightly to his sides and rest on the ground he spoke, You can call it Revenge, but personally, I call it more of a Redemption. A way to silence the voices. They pestor me on what he did, I will admit I should have been there. But I was not. Not to save her. So, In the effort of redemption, I will Kill the killer. Eye for an eye? Yes. Life for a life. Besides, Ridding the world of something like Acloytin, Is a good thing. He has killed countless others. I won't let his reign of bloodshed last any longer. Seeing as he does have control of it. Unlike others.

Schyzvroen lifted his head, looking at the sky, waiting... It was only a matter of time.

Sasha nodded as he spoke and blushed slightly "I don't know if thats a good or bad thing..." she said, her accent very soft yet noticable all at once. It had been so long since she had been home among dragons from her own land she had nearly forgotten about the accent. She let her tail fall limply behind her, obviously disappointed by the fact that they already had someone, therefore she wasn't needed. She nodded as he spoke "I understand.." she said, feeling like she would never really fit in anywhere, she never really did, and it was something she was getting used to.

As she heard him speak she seemed frustrated, looking down "When on a quest for revenge...first dig two graves.."She warned, still seeing it as a pointless cause, But as she listened to him speaking of how he had killed many others she nodded "That is a just cause then...to stop a murderer I can support...a quest for revenge I cannot...so what assistance do you need?"She asked, wanting to help in any way she could.

The small dragoness started to let her tail sway from side to side, wings folded neatly at her side, seeing this as a chance to earn her way into his clan, and earn his trust, something she wanted more than anything. As the two sat there the wind started to pick up, blowing the snow from the collapsed cave around them in a small funnel as she smiled "This reminds me of home."She said softly looking up at him, forgetting he didn't know where she was from and probably didn't care to much.

Schyzvroen looked at the snow, his tail flicking slightly, he didn't hear her last words, he was lost in thought. He looked at her at her offer to help and said, I'm not asking you for help. I don't want to risk your own life for my work. His work... He remembered voices teeling him that. The bloody work of a killer, but he was not killing an innocent. He still feared the thought that he was. Even though Acloytin was far from innocent. He looked back at Sasha, Its up to you if you help or not.

He growled, hearing wingbeats, arching his neck and baring his teeth, he hissed, Smelling the blood that always seemed to follow Acloytin... Yes.. The blue dragon was here... Finally.

Sasha nodded as he seemed to not notice nor care of her homeland, but she didn't blame him, although it was the glorious motherland to her to everyone else it was just a name. As he mentioned not wanting to risk her life she smiled softly "What is my life but that of a lonely female with no friends or family..If it costs my life to save the life of a loved one I will more than happily take that trade."She said softly, it being the way of her people.

She lifted her head as she heard the growl and the wing beats, the smell of blood filling her nostrils as she knew she made the right decision, she slowly stood taking a nervous gulp as she looked at him "What would you like me to do?"She asked, in a whisper, wanting to make herself the most useful to him she could, taking one last moment to think of her home, her mother, and everything she once had, thinking this could be her last moment on this planet.

Schyzvroen nodded, thank you for willing to help. He was about to answer her on how she could help, when the scream broke and something slammed into Schyzvroen. He hissed, expanding his jaws to their fullest and a roar shattered through. his jaws shut closed on the throat of his attacker, the two falling. They fell from the ledge and gravity yanked them down. A tangled mess of wings and scales. Schyzvroen kept his jaws locked iron tight. His wings snapped open with a thunderous BOOM! Hissing, he tasted blood. It ran down his throat and he smiled.

Acloytin screamed, anger flushing through his body, his spine arched, the spikes jerking and moving with his spine, he tried to break free. However this itself was an utter fail. Schyzvroen's jaws were too tight. So, Acloytin did his best now. He arched his spine, his spiked tail curving to a 'C' and violently struck.. Hittinh Schyzvroen's chest. Schyzvroen screamed, letting go as the wind was knocked from him. He jerked back and dived downward. Watching Acloytin as his eyes locked onto Sasha...
Schyzvroen thought to himself, Oh hell If I let you!

Sasha smiled softly and nodded "I'm glad to he.." she was cut off by the sudden attack, at first she seemed simply stunned but quickly snapped into action, running over to the ledge and trying to assess the best way to make a quick and safe for her attack, then smiling as she got an idea.

As she watched the two plummet she pulled her wings in close and dove headlong down the cliff face, her eyes focused on the one she wanted, her mind placing a large bulls eye right on his back where his neck began as she reduced her terminal velocity to catch up with the spiraling mass of scales and claws, closing in just as the two gained control of themselves, smiling happily as this is exactly what she had hoped for, the two separating and regaining control long enough for her to strike.

Just as the assailant dragon looked up at her she hissed and slashed quickly for his neck, her black razor like claws slashing at his neck and throat violently. For one who claimed to be a pacifist she was very skilled in the art of both aerial and land combat, using her small size as an advantage when she could, she just had to make sure she never got pinned or in a land locked struggle, or she was done for. As she took several strikes she opened her larger than should be wings and gave a hard flap, sending her veering off towards the large ice face again, using it to ensure he couldn't risk charging her without risking killing himself from a miss, the whole attack taking only several seconds as she hoped it was enough for her new friend to make a move.

The small dragoness continued to climb, zig zagging up the face at random to ensure a full speed strike on her was nearly impossible, trying to get high enough that she could make a second diving run looking back quickly to see if any of the slashes had made contact, and if they had if they had been anymore than a light flesh wound, almost positive she hadn't really done anything severe to him but buy time for her ally to get his next assault ready.

Schyzvroen, balked, eyes watching... He smiled, seeing as Sasha had made herself very useful. that smile went sinister however as he looked at Acloytin. Acloytin hissed, the wound stinging, it had cut open flesh, a little blood trickling from the wound, but nothing life threatening. He bared his teeth at Schyzvroen. Cheat. You have help. you said it would be only you and I.
Do you yourself ever follow the rules you set down? she offered help, its her choice on helping or not, but I'll be damned before you hurt her.
Going to try and stop me?
No. I'm going to KILL you. Schyzvroen expanded his jaws, the scream penetrating the sound barrier as he dove, wings locked, twisting as the cold air struck him. his black scales gaining a frost look to him as he summoned up the ice magic. Acloytin screamed, following after, his eyes narrowed as the wind struck him. He was not used to the cold weather. Schyzvroen however? He could care less. Below him, ice shattered through the ground, sharp knives jerking free and threatening Acloytin who had to weave and rise above them in order to avoid them. In anger he gained altitiude and looked down at Schyzvroen. COWARD! He screamed to Schyzvroen who ignored it.

Schyzvroen was snapping, one could only take so much stress and strain before they broke in two and snapped like a 2 by 4 plank of wood. In this case? It was a killer versus the victim. In the end however- You wouldn't be able to see the difference. Schyzvroen himself was a monster deep down inside, but everyone had those skeletons in their closets. Schyzvroen just learned how to Hide them. Acloytin? He was controlled by them. A bad thing for the volatile blue dragon.

Schyzvroen looked up at Acloytin, watching him as his sights changed and he attuned to Sasha. Schyzvroen, smiled, give it time, Acloytin was walking dead into the trap. Schyzvroen looked up at Sasha, he hissed, to her, and only her, When he attacks, I'm going to break the cliff face, Move when I scream. Acloytin, oblvious to all this, did not take any matters. Schyzvroen, not waiting on Sasha's reply, picked up speed, his wings slamming to his sides and back open again. He was teasing Acloytin.

Acloytin snarled and followed after, his eyes flittering to Sasha and back to Schyzvroen, back again, and then he saw it. Before he could stop or make any other way out. He rammed into Sasha, seeing the trap, Schyzvroen screamed, the signal, shattering the barrier of soun, he rammed into Acloytin, knocking him away from Sasha. His horns dug into Acloytin's chest and he dug his claws deep into the blue dragon's shoulders. His teeth locking down on Acloytin's Trachea. Acloytin screamed in pain as Schyzvroen shoved him down. Breaking him down. blood, crimson sanguine blood filled Schyzvroen's jaws. Pooling down in the hollow of his lower jaw, staining his neck and chest. It dripped down his throat and he could taste its warmth. No mercy.

Schyzvroen slammed Acloytin down into the cliff face. wings thundering he broke free, jerking his head back, a loud gushing rip sounded as he tore out Acloytin's throat, the spine coming along with, snapping away from the skull. Acloytin's scream died away as he was dead at once. Schyzvroen grabbed onto the Cliff face as Acloytin's dead weight fell from the sky, Schyzvroen snarled, his tail whipping like a weapon, it struck the cliff face, the spikes digging deep. Cracks reached, spreading like a plague they ran down the face and the cliff rumbled a deep growl, then a barking roar as it broke down. Falling in chunks the cliif face fell, dust, ice, smoke it all rose up and filled the sky. Obscurring Schyzvroen from view.

the smoke cleared and a resounding roar filled the air, Schyzvroen's wing beats heard, irregular.. He clamped his jaws shut, he neck arching as he forced himself into the air, his left wing stinging in pain. Shards of ice stuck in the wing bone and membrane. He whimpered as he tried to keep up in the air. Refusing to fall... But he couldn't stay up long...

He felt his energy drain and he fell, gliding as much as he could, he lost his balance and fell, plummeting to the ground. He kept his wings open as much as he could, he fell and hit the ground, head frist, skidding from the momentum. He lay still after that, breathing heavy... He closed his eyes and smiled... The deed is done! Fool me one, Shame on you. fool me twice... Shame on me.

Sasha smiled happily as she had seen her attack be of worth, her wings beating rapidly as she gained speed, landing on the top to look down at them, watching as the male turned his gaze to her, smiling "Coward...have to attack the girl first!"She teased, knowing if she angered him he would be less rational and make even more mistakes than he should, which for her was a good thing. As she heard the plan she nodded noticing he was already on his way up, her muscles tensing ever so carefully as so he wouldn't see her movement and be aware of the trap, but she did have to make it look like she was planning a counter because it was only natural to fight back.

As she waited she felt herself growing nervous, just watching him, waiting for him to get close enough for her dodge to be effective, then he was upon her and she heard the loud roar, kicking off hard with her back legs and beating her wings strong to the left, sending her form to the right just as he made contact, a claw hitting her square in the chest just between her front legs and causing her to yelp out loudly as she drug his claw across her chest with her thrusts right, pulling off of his claw and starting a plummet downward, wings flipping like a rag doll as she fell, body tumbling, a small stream of blood following her down.

As she dropped she slowly regained herself, thanking the guardians she was up so high as she forced her wings open long enough to steady her form, then seeing the cave again she pushed her form against the ice, hitting it hard as her claws sank into it, sliding downward leaving a large red smear of her crimson blood before she dropped into the cave, her nearly tragic fall ending just in time to hear her foe's last pained roar, a smile twitching across her face as she pulled her form into the icy cave, her head spinning from the loss of blood as she struggled to use her healing magic, closing her eyes to better focus as the wound slowly healed.

It healed only half way at first, just enough to stop the blood flow and the pain so she could regain her concentration, healing it the rest of the way on the second attempt. As she looked up from the cave she saw the dead body fall past, blood following him down. Then a terrifying sound hit her ears, the sound of the ice above her cracking, and before she could react the land around her was covered in ice and snow, but luckily the cavern had provided enough cover that the ice fell outward, burying her in only 6 feet of snow and small chunks of ice.

Sasha had lived through many avalanches in her homeland so her instincts had taken over, folding her wings over her head and bracing her legs so she would have a pushing point for her legs once the snow had cleared, and again it had paid off as the dragoness forced herself up, the snow atop her shifting as she rose, looking up and seeing her ally plummeting to the earth, her mind racing on what to do as she realized the thick nearly 40 feet deep snow she was standing on and pushed up up, her body covered in small cuts from the falling ice as she shot up to her comrade quickly shifting to wrap her arms around him, her claws digging into each other as she held on tightly, opening her wings wide to act as a parachute even just a little bit as they fell to the ground, herself now barreling down with him as she adjusted his course just enough to land in the pile of snow and small shards of ice she had just risen from, knowing it could kill her or break bones, but it was all she could do to save his life.
